Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
FieldAXIS (Activity eXecution and Intelligence System) is a product operated by .
This policy applies to all products and services offered by , including FieldAXIS ONE, FieldAXIS ILP, FieldAXIS Warranty, and FieldAXIS CRM. By purchasing any TezBytes product or service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy. We encourage you to read it carefully before completing any transaction.
2. Setup Fees
Setup fees are charged to cover the full scope of work involved in deploying a TezBytes product for a Client — from the initial discovery and configuration through data migration, training, and go-live support. Because this work begins as soon as TezBytes formally initiates the engagement, setup fees are non-refundable once commencement has occurred.
Commencement is defined as the point at which TezBytes takes the first substantive delivery action following receipt of the setup fee. This includes conducting a formal discovery session specifically for the purpose of configuring the platform, provisioning the Client's workspace, initiating any configuration work, or beginning any data handling or migration activity. A preliminary discussion, a product demonstration, or an exploratory conversation held before the fee is paid does not constitute commencement. However, once the fee has been received and TezBytes schedules and conducts the first formal onboarding session — whether in person, over a call, or through any other medium — the engagement is considered commenced and the fee is non-refundable.
This definition applies independently to each product. If a Client has paid setup fees for both FieldAXIS ONE and FieldAXIS ILP, the commencement of onboarding for one product does not affect the refund eligibility of the other. Each product's fee becomes non-refundable only when that product's own onboarding has commenced.
If a Client cancels in writing before commencement has occurred, TezBytes will process a full refund of the setup fee within seven working days of the cancellation request.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
All subscription fees are billed monthly in advance, meaning each billing cycle is paid before the period of access it covers begins. Once a billing cycle has started and the fee for that cycle has been collected, it is non-refundable. If a Client chooses to cancel, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle for which payment has already been made. The Client's access continues in full until that point.
To avoid being charged for a subsequent month, cancellation must be communicated to TezBytes in writing before the next billing date. Cancellation requests received after a billing date has passed will take effect at the end of that newly commenced cycle.
4. Commitment Plans
Clients who select quarterly or annual commitment plans are billed monthly in advance at the applicable discounted rate and commit to the full duration of the plan from their go-live date. While a Client may choose to stop using the platform within a commitment period, the contractual obligation for the full committed duration remains in force. No refund is issued for months that remain in a commitment period following a cancellation. The Client remains liable for those amounts under the terms of the signed commercial agreement.
5. One-Time Technical Charges
Certain one-time charges associated with FieldAXIS ILP deployments — including developer account registrations for Google Play Store and Apple App Store, DLT portal registration, and SMS portal setup — are non-refundable once the relevant registration or setup activity has been initiated. These involve processes and costs with third-party providers that cannot be reversed once begun.
6. Annual Recurring Charges
Annual charges such as Apple App Store developer account renewal and SMS API allocations are non-refundable once the annual period has commenced. These represent pre-committed allocations and third-party costs that are incurred by TezBytes on the Client's behalf.
7. Communication Costs
Communication costs charged as pass-through items — covering SMS messages, WhatsApp API messages, and similar usage-based charges — reflect actual costs incurred with third-party providers at the time the communications are sent. These are non-refundable once incurred.
8. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your subscription or request a refund where applicable, please contact TezBytes in writing at or by phone at . Include your registered company name, the product you wish to cancel, and the reason for your request. TezBytes will acknowledge receipt within two working days and communicate the outcome within seven working days. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within seven working days of confirmation.
