1. Overview
FieldAXIS (Activity eXecution and Intelligence System) is a product operated by .
This policy describes how TezBytes structures, applies, and communicates pricing for its products and services. All prices quoted by TezBytes are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. GST at 18 percent is applicable on all invoices issued to Indian entities.
2. How Pricing Is Structured
TezBytes products are priced across two distinct components. The first is a one-time setup fee, which covers the complete onboarding engagement for the product — discovery, configuration, data migration, training, and go-live support. The setup fee reflects the scope and complexity of the implementation and is determined at the time of the commercial proposal. It is payable in full before any implementation work begins.
The second component is the recurring subscription, which covers the Client's ongoing access to the platform. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and cover platform hosting, maintenance, all modules agreed in the commercial proposal, continuous updates and improvements, and support. The subscription fee is based on the product, the bundle of modules included, and the number of active users, with the specific rate determined by the applicable user count slab as per the commercial agreement.
3. Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed on the go-live date and repeat on the same date each subsequent month. New users added mid-cycle are billed on a pro-rata basis for the remaining days of the current cycle, with the charge appearing on the following invoice. Users deactivated mid-cycle are removed from billing from the following cycle, with no credit issued for the current cycle.
4. Commitment Plans
TezBytes offers three plan types based on commitment duration. The monthly plan carries no duration commitment and is billed at the standard rate. The quarterly plan involves a three-month duration commitment and applies a five percent discount to the monthly rate. The annual plan involves a twelve-month duration commitment and applies a ten percent discount to the monthly rate. In all cases, billing is monthly in advance regardless of the commitment duration. The commitment is on duration only — user count may increase or decrease freely within any commitment period.
5. Communication and Third-Party Costs
Certain usage-based costs — including SMS messages, WhatsApp API messages, and communications triggered through the platform — are billed separately as pass-through charges at actual provider rates plus a margin. These are not included in the subscription fee and are itemised as a separate line on the monthly invoice. Any costs associated with third-party developer accounts, API access, or external platform subscriptions required for specific integrations are managed and borne directly by the Client.
6. Price Changes
The setup fee applicable to an engagement is fixed at the time of signing and applies for the duration of that specific implementation. Subscription pricing may be revised by TezBytes with a minimum of thirty days' written notice to the Client before any change takes effect in their billing cycle.
7. Custom and Enterprise Pricing
Pricing for enterprise configurations, custom integrations, automation engagements, and anything outside the standard product and module structure is quoted on a case-by-case basis following a scoping conversation. Published pricing covers standard products and configurations. Anything outside that scope requires a custom quote.
