Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated ·

1. Purpose

FieldAXIS (Activity eXecution and Intelligence System) is a product operated by .

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the standards of conduct that TezBytes requires from everyone who accesses or uses its platforms and services, including FieldAXIS ONE, FieldAXIS ILP, FieldAXIS Warranty, and FieldAXIS CRM. These standards exist to protect the integrity of the platform, the security of Client data, the rights of individuals whose information is processed through the platform, and the interests of TezBytes and all its Clients.

By accessing or using any TezBytes platform, you agree to comply with this policy. A violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access.

2. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to all Clients — the businesses and organisations that subscribe to TezBytes platforms — and to all Users, meaning the individuals within those organisations who are given access to the platform. It also applies to End Participants, meaning trade influencers, carpenters, painters, contractors, and other professionals who access the platform as part of a loyalty or incentive programme managed by a Client. Where obligations are stated in this policy, they bind the Client as an organisation and, through the Client's responsibility for their team's conduct, all Users operating within the Client's workspace.

3. Permitted Use

The TezBytes platform may be used solely for your organisation's legitimate internal business operations. For FieldAXIS ONE, this means managing your field team, dealer network, order operations, collections, journey planning, and performance reporting. For FieldAXIS ILP, this means operating a structured loyalty or incentive programme for your trade influencer network. For FieldAXIS Warranty, this means managing product warranty registrations, card issuance, and claims. Use of the platform for any purpose other than the intended business operations requires TezBytes' prior written consent.

4. Prohibited Conduct

There are certain uses of the platform that are strictly prohibited regardless of intent or circumstance.

You must not use TezBytes platforms to violate any applicable law, regulation, or contractual obligation, whether Indian or international. You must not store, transmit, or share through the platform any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful to any person or organisation. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, to TezBytes' underlying infrastructure, or to any other Client's workspace or data. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the platform. You must not share your login credentials with individuals outside your organisation or allow any person not employed by or formally engaged by your organisation to access your workspace. You must not conduct automated scraping, bulk extraction, or systematic querying of the platform beyond normal operational use. You must not use the communication capabilities of the platform — including WhatsApp and SMS integrations — to send messages to individuals who have not consented to receive communications from you. You must not use the platform in any manner that could damage, degrade, overload, or impair its performance or availability for other users.

5. Client Responsibilities Regarding End Participant Data

Where Clients use FieldAXIS ILP to enrol trade influencers and collect personal information — which may include identity documents, tax identification details, financial account information, and other sensitive data required for the Client's programme — the Client bears full and direct responsibility for how that data is collected and used.

The Client must ensure that every individual enrolled in the programme has given explicit, informed, and freely given consent before their personal information is submitted to the platform. The Client must clearly explain to each individual what information is being collected, why it is being collected, and how it will be used. This explanation must be provided in a language and format that the individual can understand.

The Client must not submit false, fabricated, or incomplete information on behalf of any individual. The Client must not submit any individual's information without that individual's knowledge and agreement. The Client must ensure that individuals understand the terms of the programme they are joining — including how points are earned, how rewards are redeemed, and what happens to their personal information.

TezBytes is not responsible for any harm, legal liability, or regulatory consequence arising from a Client's failure to meet these obligations. The Client indemnifies TezBytes against any claim arising from the Client's non-compliance with consent requirements or data handling obligations relating to End Participants.

6. Confidentiality of Platform Data

All data accessible through the TezBytes platform — including dealer records, sales histories, collection data, operational records, team performance information, and end participant profiles — is commercially and personally sensitive. Everyone with access to this data carries an obligation to protect it.

Clients and Users must not share, disclose, distribute, or discuss platform data with any person or organisation not authorised to access it within the Client's own operations. They must not use data obtained through the platform for any purpose other than the internal business operations for which the platform is being used. They must not retain, copy, or export data beyond what is necessary and appropriate for those operational purposes.

This obligation is not limited to the period of active platform use. It continues after a User's access has been removed, after an organisation's subscription has ended, and after any change in the relationship between the Client and TezBytes. Data encountered through the platform remains confidential and protected regardless of how or when that access ended.

7. Reporting Misuse

If you become aware of any use of the platform that violates this policy — whether by another User within your organisation or in any other context — please report it to TezBytes immediately at . TezBytes will investigate all reports in good faith and take appropriate action based on the findings.

8. Consequences of Violation

A violation of this policy may result in a formal warning, temporary suspension of access, or permanent termination of access to the platform, depending on the nature and severity of the violation. Where a violation involves potential harm to another person or organisation, poses a legal risk, or involves a security threat to the platform, TezBytes reserves the right to act without prior notice. Termination of access as a consequence of a policy violation does not relieve the Client of any outstanding payment obligations under the terms of their commercial agreement.

9. Updates

This policy may be updated from time to time. When material changes are made, TezBytes will update the date at the top of this page and notify active Clients by email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
